Nassau Chest Physicians, P.C. consists of eight board-certified physicians and two nurse practitioners specializing in pulmonary diseases, critical care medicine and internal medicine. Our staff is highly experienced in the treatment of a broad range of and breathing disorders in adults and children, offering a wide array of treatment options for asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, lung cancer and other malignancies of the respiratory system, sleep disordered breathing, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other pulmonary disorders such as sarcoidosis, pneumonia, bronchitis and tuberculosis.
Using state-of-the-art technology in three fully equipped pulmonary function , we have the ability to perform several diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in an ambulatory setting and provide a range of tests previously found only in large university hospital facilities. We also have access to all currently available medications and are involved in studies of exciting new breakthrough medications. Care is friendly and patient-centered with an emphasis on patient education and self-management.
