Long Island Expressway (Westbound)
Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 33. At the first light, turn right onto Community Drive. Cross over Northern Boulevard (Route 25A) and Community Drive changes into East Shore Road. Count 5 traffic lights from Northern Blvd. (drive under train trestle). We are on the left hand side. Patient parking is located in the second entrance underneath the building. The office is located in Suite 112.

Northern State Parkway
Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 26 North. Continue to the Long Island Expressway Service Road. Make a left heading west on to the LIE Service Road. At the first light, turn right onto Community Drive. Cross over Northern Boulevard (Route 25A) and Community Drive changes into East Shore Road. Count 5 traffic lights from Northern Blvd. (drive under train trestle). We are on the left hand side. Patient parking is located in the second entrance underneath the building. The office is located in Suite 112.
